Call for tenders launched by the Hauts-de-France Region as coordinator of the group of orders set up with the high schools.Perimeter:- Lycée agricole de l'Oise à Airion (60600), including its annex in Beauvais),- Lycée Paul Langevin à Beauvais (60000),- Lycée Jean Rostand et LP de la Forêt à Chantilly (60500),- Lycée agricole Le Paraclet à Cottenchy (80440),- EREA Crèvecœur-le-Grand - Regional adapted educational establishment (60360 Crèvecœur-le-Grand),- Lycée du Vimeu in Friville-Escarbotin (80534),- LP Jean-Charles Peltier in Ham (80400),- Lycée and LP Joliot-Curie in Hirson (02500).The contracts cover the services P1 "fuel supply", P2 "routine maintenance" and P3 "major maintenance and equipment renewal", and include an energy savings incentive clause.The P1 services concern the supply of energy (mainly wood and gas, fuel oil and electricity depending on the site); the P2 and P3 services concern the maintenance and renewal of heating, cooling, ventilation, air conditioning, DHW production, water treatment, remote management, sanitary networks and heating, energy monitoring and management and associated services; the market requires results: commitment on NB (theoretical consumption) and on a renewal plan.The services are defined and detailed in the specifications of the specific technical clauses. within the framework of the order grouping, the region is responsible for launching, awarding and notifying the contract, then each member of the grouping will execute the contract for the part that concerns it (P1 and P2 belong to the secondary schools, P3 belongs to the region). contract duration: from the date of notification to 31.12.2024. The start of the heating period is set for 1.1.2020.
