Description

The provisions of this contract concern:- the operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, P1+P2+P3 type contract) - wall-mounted boilers, P2+P3 type contract - direct expansion air-conditioning equipment, P2+P3 type contract;- the P1 MV Temperature Contract with profit-sharing for certain sites. This involves supplying the fuel and energy needed to meet the contractual obligations (for heating, DHW and other purposes);- the P1 metered contract for certain sites;- the P2 contract is a flat-rate annual contract;- the P3 contract is a flat-rate annual contract to ensure the "total guarantee", i.e., the major maintenance and renewal of the installations concerned.
