Poland - Central heating radiators and boilers and parts thereof

Description

Lot 1: Delivery and installation of heating devices as part of the project "Replacement of Heat Sources in ROF" - condensing gas boilers; Part 2: Delivery and installation of heating equipment within the project "Replacement of heat sources in ROF". - biomass-fired boilers.
The subject matter of the contract is the design, supply, installation and commissioning of boiler houses based on gas condensing boilers.Development of a gas installation design together with obtaining a building permit or other administrative decision for the final recipients of the heating equipment. Development of as-built documentation.As part of the design work, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) make a building inventory for each building to the extent enabling the preparation of a construction and detailed design of an internal gas installation for the connection of a gas condensing boiler together with the installation of fume extraction and ventilation of the boiler room;2) develop a concept for the implementation of the replacement of the heat source, which will be agreed with the final customer and approved by the Contracting Authority, also including confirmation of the technical condition of the final customer's property to the extent necessary for the implementation of the investment. The concept for the source of heat replacement will be submitted to the Contracting Authority in 2 hardcopies and 1 electronic copy on a CD; 3) obtain all types of information, technical conditions, approvals and expert opinions as well as local inspections to enable proper preparation of the construction and detailed design; 4) prepare an individual concept for the installation in individual buildings, including the replacement of the heat source and installation of all the equipment selected by the resident within the project - the concept will be accepted by the Supervising Inspector;5) prepare a construction and detailed design on the basis of the concept for the installation. The design must be prepared in a scope and degree of accuracy necessary to obtain a building permit or other decision required by law and to perform the task. The design must meet the requirements specified in the Decree of the Minister of Infrastructure of 2.9.2004 on the detailed scope and form of the design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional-utility program, in the Decree of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 25.4.6) executive design of an internal gas installation for connecting a gas condensing boiler together with the installation of the flue gas discharge and ventilation of the boiler room in a paper version, in the number of copies corresponding to the provisions of law, with the reservation that one copy will be submitted to the Contracting Authority and 1 copy in an electronic version 7) obtaining a valid construction permit, if required by the provisions of the Construction Law, or other administrative decision if required by law; 8) submitting the designs together with valid construction permits or other administrative decisions to the Contracting Authority. Within the scope of the contract the Contractor shall perform construction, installation and assembly works including: 1) presentation of material proposals for the equipment and materials to be used in the execution of all works included in the project, for approval by the Employer;2) execution of an internal gas installation enabling proper supply of the boiler, in accordance with the construction and execution project and the building permit;3) dismantling of the old inefficient heating device and the hot water tank (if necessary), taking these devices outside the building and handing them over to the residents;4) dismantling of unnecessary devices, pipes and fittings;5) execution of proper closing of the central heating system. The subject of the contract covers the development of an individual concept for the construction of a boiler house, delivery, installation and commissioning of boiler houses based on automatic boilers fired with biomass. Due to the large variety of solutions and standards for the execution of the existing heating circuits of central heating and hot water, and depending on the heat demand of buildings, automatic standard pellet boilers, automatic compact pellet boilers and wood chip boilers will be installed, including: 1) development of an individual concept for the implementation of an automatic biomass-fired boiler room in 2 copies in hard copy and 1 copy in electronic version on CD; 2) carrying out assembly and installation works;3) carrying out training for the end users of the heating equipment;4) development of as-built documentation. Carrying out assembly and installation works. The works constituting the object of the contract include all activities that enable and aim at performing the heat source replacement - in buildings in which the scope of works has been reported in technical verifications. Within the scope of the project, the Contractor shall carry out construction, installation and assembly works including: 1) presentation of material proposals for the equipment and materials to be used to carry out all works included in the project, for approval by the Contracting Authority;2) dismantling of the old inefficient solid fuel boiler and hot water storage tank (if necessary), taking these devices outside the building and handing them over to the residents;3) dismantling of redundant equipment, pipes and fittings within the boiler room and handing them over to the residents;4) installation of hot water preparation units with hot water storage tanks 4) installation of domestic hot water preparation units with domestic hot water tanks and necessary fittings and safety devices in selected buildings;5) installation of additional selected devices from the catalogue of devices and investment projects - in selected buildings;6) construction of an air intake to the boiler room in accordance with regulations in selected buildings;7) installation of an automatic biomass-fired boiler in accordance with the installation concept, together with a connection to the existing central heating and hot water installation and to the domestic hot water circulation system, if present in the building;8) proper closing or opening of the central heating system in selected buildings; 9) anti-corrosion protection of the pipelines in the boiler room and proper insulation of the pipelines in the boiler room in accordance with the applicable standards; 10) installation, configuration and start-up of the room controller that the boiler is equipped with in selected buildings;11) installation of an external temperature sensor for weather control which is included in the boiler equipment in selected buildings; 12) installation of boiler control elements together with the sensors necessary for the operation of the boiler room - in all buildings; 13) the performance of the necessary penetrations and drillings for the proper installation of the biomass-fired boiler room; 14) the performance of work related to the proper protection of the installation passages through the building walls in the places of installation of the installation;15) Bricking up and punching holes in the walls and smoothing the repaired surfaces;16) Filling the heating system with treated water in accordance with the standards and manufacturer's requirements;17) performing the required leak tightness tests on the completed system;18) commissioning the system;19) performing the required inspections and cold and hot installation tests;20) other installation, construction and assembly work not mentioned above that is necessary for the correct execution and operation of the connection to the central heating and hot water system.o. and hot water installation in the buildings included in this project. Conducting a training course for end users of the heating equipment:1) Development and delivery of a manual for operation of the boiler house in Polish to the residents.
