Description

The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of gas condensing boilers together with the design and execution of internal gas installations and automatic biomass-fired boilers in residential buildings in the Municipality of Leżajsk, which is implemented under the project "Clean air in the Municipality of Leżajsk. Program of heat source exchange".
The scope of the order includes:1) Disassembly, taking outdoors and handing over to the resident for disposal the existing solid fuel boilers - pcs. 105,2) Dismantling, taking outdoors and handing over to the resident for utilization of the existing hot water storage tanks. (if applicable),3) Development of a design for internal gas installation and installation of a condensing boiler together with a chimney insert with obtaining a building permit for buildings covered by the design - pcs. 105,4) While preparing the design, chimney sweep expertise should be taken into account (cost of chimney sweep inspection on the resident's side),5) Creation of the internal gas installation in accordance with the design pcs. 105,6) Assembling the gas boiler in a way enabling its operation with the existing central heating and hot water installation in the building pcs. 105,7) Installation of acid-resistant stainless steel chimney inserts intended for gas condensing boilers pcs. 105,8) Closing the central heating system in the buildings covered by the project (if applicable).9) Connecting the boiler to a properly earthed and protected electrical socket (cost of making the socket on the resident's side).10) The internal water and central heating installation should be equipped with mesh filters. The mesh filter on the return of the heating medium should be installed on a horizontal section of the installation. Ball valves in front of and behind the filter should be installed to facilitate cleaning and replacement of the filter.11) The installed boilers with tanks will have protection against scalding of water flowing out of the tank into the installation or the Contractor will install such a protection at his own expense.12) Protection against scalding for the existing hot water tanks is performed by the residents at their own expense, if necessary (at the express request of the resident)13) Protection against corrosion of the pipelines within the boiler room and proper insulation of the pipelines within the boiler room in accordance with the applicable standards.1415) Assembly of the Internet control module, if applicable, on the boiler equipment.16) Assembly of the external temperature sensor for weather control on the boiler equipment (if applicable).17) Assembly of the chimney insert and connection of the boiler to the flue gas-air pipe in accordance with the design and requirements included in the applicable standards.18) Performing the necessary punctures and drillings in order to properly install the gas boiler room.19) Performing the works related to the proper protection of installation passages through the walls of the building in the places of installation.20) Bricklaying and piercing through the walls and smoothing the repaired surfaces.21) Performing the required tightness tests of the performed installation.22) Testing the boiler with a flue gas analyser combined with boiler regulation - test result attached to the acceptance protocol.23) Filling the heating system with treated water in accordance with the standards and requirements of the manufacturer.24) Carrying out installation start-up25) Carrying out the required checks, cold and hot installation tests.26) Other not mentioned installation, construction and assembly works necessary for proper execution and functioning of central heating and hot water installations in buildings covered by this project.27) Training of residents in the safe and correct operation of installed gas condensing boilers and in the principles of basic maintenance of equipment that residents can perform on their own - training confirmed by a declaration of the resident.28) Providing residents with operating instructions for the boiler room with a gas condensing boiler.29) Carrying out partial acceptance and final acceptance of the installation.30) Providing as-built documentation with all protocols and approvals for each individual unit. 10.2) Dismantling, taking outdoors and handing over to the resident for disposal of the existing hot water storage tanks pcs. 10.3) Preparation of an individual concept for the automatic biomass-fired boiler house, agreeing on the concept with the resident and obtaining a positive opinion of the Supervising Inspector.4) When preparing the concept for the biomass-fired boiler house, chimney sweep expertise should be taken into account (cost of chimney sweep inspection on the resident's side).5) Installation of automatic biomass-fired boilers pcs. 10.6) Installation of a new boiler and connecting it to the existing central heating and hot water installations, including the ones necessary for proper functioning of the installation in automatic mode.7) Installation of a boiler return temperature protection unit, based on the concept, technical documentation and boiler DTR using a three-way valve with an actuator and boiler mixing pump.89) Installation of boiler controller with external and room temperature sensors, sensors necessary for cooperation with central heating installation, The installation can be extended with a WiFi communication module for remote operation and reading data from the Internet from any device with Internet access and a popular Internet browser installed (if required for a given type of installation)10) Thermal insulation in accordance with the applicable standards.11) Installation flushing and pressure testing of the installation.12) Installation start-up and participation in technical acceptance.13) Reconstructing any damaged surfaces, structural elements and other components damaged or affected by the installation.14) Training of the operator in the correct and safe operation of the installation and its ongoing maintenance.15) Providing the customer with the as-built documentation of the installation containing:a) installation diagram,b) simple installation manual written in non-technical language in Polish,c) test protocols and reports with positive results (leakage protocols of hydraulic systems),d) declarations of conformity, certificates and attestations for the installed equipment and materials,e) technical cards of the installed equipment,f) guarantee cards of the installed equipment,g) protocol of User's training in safe operation and maintenance of the current installation,h) regulation card (settings of the boiler controller),i) protocol of installation acceptance signed by the representative of the Ordering Party and the Contractor, with participation of the resident.16) Other installation, construction and assembly works not mentioned, necessary for proper execution and functioning of central heating and hot water installations in buildings covered by this project.
