Description

The subject matter of the contract includes execution of 32 installations of class 5 boilers with Ecodesign certificate for automatic biomass combustion, constituting complete functional Installations, including:1) development of an individual concept for each Project participant (on the basis of the list constituting Annex 11 to the ToR) in the scope of replacement of the biomass-fired central heating boiler in 2 copies; NOTE:- individual concepts of execution of the boiler room must take into account the requirements of accessibility for disabled persons, including accessibility of the control elements for them in accordance with the provisions of Art. 29 (5) of the Act Pzp2) disassembly and handing over to the resident of the old solid fuel central heating boiler and hot water storage tank.;3) delivery and installation based on a previously developed concept to build a boiler room of 32 automatic central heating boilers of class 5 energy efficiency and hot water storage tanks (certified by an authorised certification body for compliance with the PN-EN 303-5:2012 and Ecodesign standards), for basic pellet fuel, with an automatic burner and fuel feeder, with a fuel storage tank with adjustment to the installation site in the building (technical data of the subject of the order are included in Appendix 10 to the ToR), i.e.:a) KBS1 boiler of 15 kW - 8 pieces,b) KBS2 boiler of 20 kW - 5 pieces,c) KBS3 boiler of 25 kW - 1 piece,d) KBS4 boiler of 10 kW - 2 pieces,e) KBP2 boiler of 15 kW - 6 pieces,f) KBP3 boiler of 20 kW - 7 pieces,g) KBP4 boiler of 30 kW - 2 pieces,h) KBG3 boiler with output of 20 kW - 1 piece, i) ZCW1 domestic hot water tank with capacity of 150 litres - 8 pieces, j) ZCW2 domestic hot water tank with capacity of 200 litres - 7 pieces, k) ZCW3 domestic hot water tank with capacity of 300 litres - 9 pieces;4) supply and installation of chimney inserts, i.e.:a) chimney insert with a length of up to 8 m - 1 piece,b) chimney insert with a length of 8 to 10 m - 4 pieces,c) chimney insert with a length of 10 to 12 m - 10 pieces;5) testing of chimney ducts - ventilation and flue gas ducts;6) connecting the boiler to the existing central heating installation of the building,7) performing rinsing and pressure tests of the performed installation,8) filling the installation;9) installation of a flue pipe;10) filling in the losses of walls or ceilings after duct passages;11) start-up and participation in the technical acceptance of the installation;12) training of the user in the scope of correct and safe operation of the installation and its current maintenance confirmed by a protocol;13) handing over to the Orderer at the acceptance of each Installation in its location the Installation Documentation containing it:a) installation diagram,b) simple instructions for using the installation in Polish (non-specialist language),c) installation certificate signed by a certified Installer,d) test and check reports with a positive result, including a leakage report for hydraulic systems and chimney ducts,e) declarations of conformity or safety certificates, certificates of conformity for built-in materials,f) technical cards of installed equipment,g) warranty cards of installed equipment,h) warranty card for the performed works,i) User's training protocol in safe operation of the installation together with handing over the instruction for use,j) REGULATIONS card,k) Installation acceptance protocol signed by the representatives of the Ordering Party and the Contractor with the participation of the User,14) all devices, fittings and accessories used must be new and meet the requirements described in the equipment characteristics and be complete in terms of their purpose.
