Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation together with the design of the installation of eco-pea boilers, natural and liquid gas boilers and air heat pumps under the project "Low emission economy - replacement of heat sources in the commune of Lubochnia".
1) The subject matter of the contract includes: a) preparation of the design documentation b) disassembly of the existing boiler) supply and installation of equipment and elements of the system,d) on-site installation of the system on the basis of the prepared design documentatione) start-up and instruction2) 20 eco-pea boiler installations are planned, including:a) 2 installations with a boiler output of 16 kWb) 13 installations with a boiler output of 20 kWc) 1 installation with a boiler output of 24 kWd) 4 installations with a boiler output of 30 kWThe boilers must meet at least the requirements for class 5 of the CE standard (EN 303-5: 2012).Detailed description of the Contracting Authority's requirements concerning the execution of the subject matter of the contract including design, assembly and construction works is specified in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), Appendix No. 8 to the ToR. In order to obtain a correct valuation, the contractor should carry out local inspections of the facilities after informing the Contracting Authority 1) The subject matter of the contract includes: a) preparation of design documentation b) disassembly of the existing central heating boiler and hot water storage tank.c) obtaining terms and conditions for connection with PGNiG on behalf of an inhabitant at locations which do not have gas connections, along with bringing about the situation of signing a connection agreement between the inhabitant and PGNiGd) obtaining all required arrangements and permits, including a building permit or notification of the works performed (if applicable)e) supply and installation of equipment and elements of the installation,f) on-site installation installations based on the design documentation) commissioning and instructionsh) preparation of an application for a technical examination of the equipment under technical supervision on behalf of the occupant - if applicablei) reporting the equipment to the competent technical supervision unit for the purpose of obtaining a decision authorising exploitation together with obtaining a decision authorising exploitation on behalf of the occupant - if applicable) making an as-built geodetic inventoryk) preparing and submitting an application for a notification of completion of construction works to the competent PINB on behalf of the occupant2) 10 natural gas boiler installations are foreseen, including::(a) 1 installation with a boiler output of 15 kW and a tank size of 115l for natural gas (b) 1 installation with a boiler output of 21 kW and a tank size of 115l for natural gas (c) 2 installations with a boiler output of 21 kW and a tank size of 180l for natural gas (d) 1 installation with a boiler output of 27 kW and a tank size 115l for natural gase) 1 installation with a boiler output of 27 kW and a natural gas tank size of 140l f) 4 installations with a boiler output of 27 kW and a natural gas tank size of 180lFine gasA detailed description of the Orderer's requirements concerning the execution of the subject of the contract including design works, The assembly and construction program is defined in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), Appendix 8 to the ToR.For the purpose of proper valuation, the contractor should carry out local inspections of the facilities after prior notification to the Contracting Authority. 1) The subject matter of the contract includes: a) preparation of design documentation b) disassembly of the existing central heating boiler and hot water storage tank.c) obtaining the necessary building permits / notification of construction worksd) delivery and installation of equipment and elements of the installation,e) carrying out on-site installation installations on the basis of the design documentation preparedf) commissioning and instructiong) preparation of an application to carry out a technical examination of the equipment subject to technical supervision on behalf of the residenth) notification of the equipment to the appropriate technical supervision unit in order to obtain a decision permitting its operation together with obtaining a decision to operate on behalf of the residenti) execution of an as-built geodetic inventoryj) preparation and submission of an application for notification of completion of construction works to the appropriate PINB on behalf of the resident2) 18 liquefied gas boiler installations are foreseen, including: a) 4 installations with a boiler output of 15 kW and a tank size of 115l for liquefied gas b) 2 installations with a boiler output of 15 kW and a tank size of 180l for liquefied gasc) 3 systems with a boiler output of 21 kW and a tank size of 115l for liquefied gasd) 1 system with a boiler output of 21 kW and a tank size of 140l for liquefied gase) 3 systems with a boiler output of 21 kW and a tank size of 180l for liquefied gasf) 2 systems with a boiler output of 27 kW and a tank size of 140l for liquefied gasg) 2 systems with a boiler output of 27 kW and a tank size of 180l for liquefied gash) 1 system with a boiler output of 35 kW and a tank size of 180l for liquefied gasDetailed description of the Orderer's requirements concerning the execution of the subject of the contract including design works, The assembly and construction program is defined in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), Appendix 8 to the ToR.For the purpose of proper valuation, the contractor should carry out local inspections of the facilities after prior notification to the Contracting Authority. 1) The subject matter of the contract includes: a) preparation of design documentation b) disassembly of the existing central heating boiler and hot water storage tank.c) delivery and installation of equipment and system components,d) on-site installation of the system on the basis of the design documentation preparede) commissioning and instruction2) 4 heat pump installations are envisaged, including: a) 2 installations with a boiler output of 11 kWb) 1 installation with a boiler output of 15 kWc) 1 installation with a boiler output of 19 kWThe detailed description of the Contracting Authority's requirements concerning the execution of the subject matter of the contract including design, installation and construction works is specified in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), Annex 8 to the ToR.
