The purpose of the tender is to entrust with the formula of project finance the concession of the works for the construction of a crematorium temple, as well as the renovation, completion and upgrading of some areas inside the municipal cemetery for the recovery and construction of new lots and the management service of the municipal cemetery and in accordance with the combined provisions of Articles 179 c.3 and 183 c. 15 Legislative Decree 50/2016 - This is a service concession in a single lot. - The technical and economic feasibility project, submitted, pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 art. 183 com.15, by the: Construction, Engineering and Integrated Services Company, "Civil Engineering Services s.r.l." with registered office in Via Ludovisi n°35 in Rome (RM) - P.I. 06265570727 together with the draft agreement, the sworn economic-financial plan and the specification of the characteristics of the works and management, is approved by resolution of the Extraordinary Commission n.38 of 17/12/2020
The tender is aimed at awarding with the formula of project finance the concession of the works for the construction of a crematorium temple, as well as the renovation, completion and redevelopment of some areas inside the municipal cemetery for the recovery and construction of new lots and the management service of the municipal cemetery and in accordance with the combined provisions of Articles 179 c.3 and 183 c. 15 Legislative Decree 50/2016 - This is a service concession in a single lot. -The technical and economic feasibility project, submitted, pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 art. 183 com.15, by: Construction, Engineering and Integrated Services Company, "Civil Engineering Services s.r.l." with headquarters in Via Ludovisi n°35 in Rome (RM) - P.I. 06265570727 together with the draft agreement, the sworn economic and financial plan and the specification of the characteristics of the works and management, is approved by resolution of the Extraordinary Commission n.38 of 17/12/2020 is placed as the basis for the tender. The concession will be awarded, according to the criterion of the economically most advantageous offer, pursuant to Article 183, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree n.50/If the promoter is not the successful bidder, it may exercise, within fifteen days of notification of the award, its right of first refusal and become the successful bidder if it declares that it undertakes to fulfil its contractual obligations under the same conditions as those offered by the successful bidder.If the promoter is not the successful bidder and does not exercise the right of pre-emption, he is entitled to payment, at the expense of the successful bidder, of the amount of the expenses for the preparation of the proposal within the limits indicated in paragraph 9 of Art.183 of Legislative Decree n.50 of 2016.
