Description

The scope of the framework agreement to be tendered consists of:- Digitally informing/inviting employees of WSHD about the use of the CYOD-portal;- Supplying smartphones and tablets with accompanying accessories;- Tenderer has to register each device before delivery in the environment assigned by WSHD;- Setting up and managing a CYOD-ordering portal;- Supplying a range of A-brands of smartphones and tablets, with Android and/or IOS operating systems, that are commonly used in The Netherlands. An A-brand is understood to mean: A brand that has a high brand awareness and good reputation and is leading in the market in terms of quality and price;- Handling malfunctions and performing repairs, both within and outside the warranty;- Labeling of devices and packaging with a sticker supplied by WSHD.
