The school criteria are as follows:- number of foods/day: approx. 65 (the number given is the daily average number of meals within the current lunch supply);- serving days/week: 5 days;- quality criteria: 2 dishes (one of them vegetarian), the caterer must be able to deal with food allergies, bowl system;- catering system used: cook & chill;- meal times: 12.00-14.30;- contract period: 5 years. For the GY Goetheschule, a caterer for food delivery with accounting system and serving staff will be tendered. The school criteria are as follows:- Number of meals per day: approx. 180 (The number given is the daily average number of meals within the current lunch supply.);- serving days/week: 5 days;- quality criteria: 3 dishes (one vegetarian, one without pork), the caterer must be able to deal with food allergies (at least gluten and lactose-free);- catering system used: cook & chill;- meal times: 11.45-13.15 hrs;- contract period: 4 years. For the Fuhsestraße elementary school, a caterer will be advertised for the delivery of meals, with a billing system and delivery staff. For the elementary school Am Stöckener Bach, a caterer for the delivery of meals with a billing system and serving staff will be advertised.
