Description
You must be able to supply the following minimum quantities of Carvedilol tablets:
- Carvedilol tablet 3.125 mg: minimum of 4,200,000 tablets
- Carvedilol tablet 6.25 mg: minimum of 11,900,000 tablets
- Carvedilol tablet 12.5 mg: minimum of 3,780,000 tablets
- Carvedilol tablet 25 mg: minimum of 1,400,000 tablets
Packaging requirements:
- products must be packed in either blister packs or strip packs
- immediate container and all levels of packaging of the actual sales pack must include an English translation
- the expiration date must be expressed in English and/or Arabic numerals in a clear and comprehensible format
A 3 year contract with a possible extension of up to 24 months.
