Description
The Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport wants people to be able to trust that care is and remains good, affordable and available. The Directorate for Patient and Health Care Regulation (VWS|PZo) is the Contracting Authority. The desired result of the Assignment/Agreement is the identification of possible and most promising measures to achieve savings in the aforementioned care. This is to be achieved in the form of a so-called 'menu', on which the Contractor will make concrete proposals of measures that can be used by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport to bring about the uniformity of the procurement and accountability requirements. These measures, which are charted by the Contractor, can be used to achieve the savings.

With these measures, which are mapped out by the Contractor, the savings can be realized.Reason for the Contract/Agreement: Administrative burdens within the healthcare sector have been a topic of discussion for a long time and in recent years many improvements have been made in various places to prevent unnecessary administrative burdens. This is badly needed because we want to focus as much as possible on the direct care to patients. Various standardisation measures have also been taken in recent years in the field of purchasing contracts and accountability requirements. We see potential for achieving additional results in the area of scrapping and/or making these requirements more uniform.
