Description

As part of the Campus South of the Bundesdruckerei (bdr) in 10969 Berlin, the listed existing buildings 04, 05, 06, 10, 14, 21 and 22 with approx. 8,150 m2 GFA are to be renovated and developed into a commercial courtyard with office and commercial use. Building 06 will be extended with the addition of a stacked storey of approx. 300 m2.The construction project consists of several adjoining building sections bordering four inner courtyards (courtyards 3, 4, 7 and 8). The buildings stand on a floor area of approx. 1,400m2 and comprise approx. 31,000 m3 BRI. The access to the 2 to 5 upper floors is provided by several staircases and an elevator. The highest OKFF of the usable area is at approx. + 19.40m.
Award unit 19 "Carpentry work" The subject of this invitation to tender is carpentry work (interior fittings) as part of a monument renovation of 7 adjoining buildings, one of which is being extended by adding a stacked storey.The carpentry work comprises the manufacture and installation of interior doors/windows, wood/glass partition wall elements, wall cladding, WC partition wall systems, furniture and fixtures, interior window sills, interior glare protection, acoustic elements, skirting boards and handrails.
