Niedersachsen Ports is the owner of the C 30 property on the Hansakai in the area of the tide-free New Fishing Port of Cuxhaven. The C 30 site covers approx. 995 m2.Please refer to the information in section II.1.4 for details of the possible uses.the layout and location of the site can be seen on the site plan attached to the award documents. The property is located on the Hansakai in the area of the multi-purpose transhipment port of Cuxhaven in the New Fishing Port and offers very good access to the federal waterway due to the existing connection through the sea lock.Niedersachsen Ports points out that dangerous goods and hazardous substances within the meaning of the following legal provisions (each in the current version)a) Ordinance on the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Sea Vessels (Gefahrgutverordnung See - GGVSee),b) Ordinance on the Domestic and International Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road, with railways and on inland waterways (Gefahrgutverordnung Straße, Eisenbahn und Binnenschifffahrt - GGVSEB),c) Ordinance on Protection against Hazardous Substances (Gefahrstoffverordnung - GefStoffV),d) Law on the Order of the Water Resources Management (Wasserhaushaltsgesetz - WHG),e) Ordinance on Installations for Handling Substances Hazardous to Water and on Specialist Companies (Anlagenverordnung - VAwS).The property may only be used for storage, transhipment or production with the prior written consent of Niedersachsen Ports and after presentation of any permits required under public law.30 The property C 30 is not within the scope of a legally binding development plan. The land use plan identifies it as "SO Hafen". The admissibility of projects is based on § 34 BauGB (unplanned interior area).
