Description

The purpose of this procedure with negotiation is to select the contractor who will be responsible for carrying out the services relating to the prevention of occupational health and safety risks and environmental protection at the Toulouse Space Centre, based on the following breakdown:- A part relating to legal and mandatory services of a permanent nature, as well as specific fixed-price services- A second part relating to additional or supplementary services, the volume of which depends on the activities of new projects and modifications to existing installations, or activities linked to exceptional events on behalf of the CNES and on order.
The services that will be entrusted to the Contractor include the following activities- The regulatory verifications (periodic or not) in Prevention of the risks in Health-Safety of work and protection of the Environment as well as additional specific services;- The evaluation of the professional risks (safety of work and environment) of the establishment including the evaluation of the penibility and the chemical risks;- Risk assessments relating to CST's co-activities with external companies;- Safety advisor activities for the transport of hazardous materials (TMD);- Occupational health and safety and environmental protection training;- Management of co-activity (establishment of prevention plans, fire permits, unannounced site visits, etc.).).The following activities may also be ordered from the Contractor by CNES within the framework of the contract:- Specific studies linked to new risk assessments;- Initial acceptance of work equipment;- Expert appraisals (as required);- Compliance assessments following new regulations;- Studies and expert appraisals concerning the asbestos technical file and work in asbestos-contaminated areas;- Risk analyses within the framework of missions in France or abroad.
