Description

The purpose of the contract is to supply Colissimo bundles. The products in the consumer range must enable computerised tracking from the time the parcel is picked up at the post office to delivery to the recipient using one or more bar codes. La Poste also offers a business range for MAI franking (in an intelligent franking machine) for rapid dispatch of tracked parcels to metropolitan France, overseas departments and territories and internationally. These bundles are intended for manual or computerised use and allow parcels to be tracked using bar codes. The market is made up of two lots:- lot 1: national Colissimo bundles (consumer range),- lot 2: overseas and international Colissimo bundles (consumer range), and national, overseas and international MAI Colissimo bundles (business range).
The national Colissimo general public bundles represent 4 models of bundles:- 2 "classic" bundles >> 2 sheets per bundle,-- Colissimo ss sign: 210 000 batches of 100,-- Colissimo ac sign: 174 660 batches of 50,- 2 "folding screen" bundles >> 3 sheets per bundle,-- PAE ss sign: 4 500 000 units,-- PAE ac sign: 90 000 units.The annual quantities estimated above are given as an indication. Deliveries will be made to La Poste's National Supply Centre at Brie Comte Robert (77) and must comply with the logistical constraints imposed in the specifications. The Colissimo Outre-Mer and international general public bundles represent 3 models of bundles:- Overseas: 1 bundle >> 3 sheets per bundle,-- PAE OM = 140 000 units,- international: 2 bundles >> 3 sheets per bundle,-- Inter with sign = 132 250 batches of 25,-- Inter sign PAE = 15 744 batches of 25 The number of references and the volumes of the Overseas bundles have decreased compared to previous years following new customs formalities.The Colissimo MAI Entreprise bundles represent 5 types of bundles:- national offer: 2 bundles >> 2 sheets per bundle,-- FR ss sign MAI = 24 000 batches of 25,-- FR ac sign MAI = 9 600 batches of 25,- Overseas offer: 2 bundles >> 2 sheets per bundle,-- OM ss sign MAI = 2 000 batches of 10,-- OM ac sign MAI = 500 batches of 10,- international offer: 1 bundle >> 2 sheets per bundle,-- Inter MAI sign = 6 000 batches of 10.The annual quantities estimated above are given as an indication.
