Description

The subject matter of the order is a comprehensive service and repair of vehicles at the disposal of the Support Branch in Warsaw and 17 Branches of Gas Works (hereinafter referred to as "OZG") and OIR Krosno, Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is contained in item 3 of the ToR and in the model agreement constituting Appendix 4 to the ToR. The subject matter of the order is divided into 19 parts (tasks). A framework agreement with a selected Economic Operator, in a given part, shall be valid for 24 months from the date of concluding the agreement, or until the date of reaching the maximum amount of remuneration referred to in § 6.1 of the agreement, provided that the maximum amount of remuneration is reached before the expiry of the agreement completion date. A minimum 24-month warranty is required for the provided car repair services and parts used for car repair.

inspections in the service in accordance with the requirements specified by the vehicle manufacturer in the service book or instruction manual,b) performance of repairs,c) performance of bodywork and bodywork body repairs,d) performance of technical tests,e) sale and delivery of spare parts used for repairs and accessories and consumables,f) washing of vehicle bodies, and interior cleaning.Detailed information on the cars covered by the services is provided in Attachment No. 9 to the framework agreement (a specimen Agreement constitutes Attachment No. 4 to the ToR) The subject matter of Part 2 is the comprehensive service and repair of vehicles at the disposal of the OZG in Warsaw, which will include m. a) periodic inspections in the service centres in accordance with the
