Description

A catering service with a reduced environmental impact in the obligatory canteens of service for prison police personnel provided through the production of meals in the kitchens of the contracting authority, which are granted for use free of charge to the successful supplier. The individual activities in which the service is divided and the manner in which this service is to be provided are indicated in the technical specifications, its annexes and appendices. The indicative number of meals that the contracting authority assumes can be consumed during the duration provided for in the main contract (1.7.2019-30.6.2020) at the places of delivery to date certain and listed above, is equal to 214 182. This quantity is purely indicative and not binding on the contracting authority. It should also be noted that this quantity does not include the meals of other users possibly authorized at the institutions listed above, as well as the meals consumed at other different penitentiaries that may be activated and the meals and breakfasts relating to students of schools and training institutions that may possibly be activated at the request of the Administration, as specified in the technical specifications. The total amount of the service that the contracting authority will pay to the supplier will be calculated by applying for each meal actually consumed the price awarded to the supplier and for each breakfast actually consumed the price of EUR 0.85.
