Description

Bonn-Netz is erecting a new building on the company premises on Karlstraße in Bonn. With this tender, Bonn-Netz is looking for a concessionaire who will operate the canteen in the new building under a service concession. In the new canteen, a meeting place is to be created for the employees of the municipal utility company, where both high-quality catering (breakfast, lunch and snacks) will be offered and the taking of food brought by the employees themselves will be made possible. The necessary infrastructure, especially the kitchen, is provided by the Bonn network. In preparing meals, care must be taken to use fresh and nutritious products and to provide a wide choice of catering facilities: in addition to operating the canteen as such, the concessionaire must provide catering for participants during meetings, if necessary. It is intended to award a 5-year concession contract for the above services, with the option to extend for a further 3 years.
