a part of the territory of the City of Château-Richer
Notice to Bidders
The City of Château-Richer is requesting bids for the following project: Carry out snow removal, monitoring and winter maintenance of the Chapel Hill from Avenue Royale, Route de Saint-Achillée, Montée du Parc, Rue de la Promenade, Rue du Châtelet, Rang Saint-Ignace, Rang Saint-Achillée Ouest, Chemin Dion and Chemin de la Travers under the "1 year" or "3 years" option.
Bids, in sealed envelopes and marked "Snow Removal, Monitoring and Winter Maintenance of Part of the City of Château-Richer Territory - SUBMISSION" will be received until August 26, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Château-Richer City Hall office located at 8006 Royale Avenue in Château-Richer, Québec, G0A 1N0, to be publicly opened at the same location and time.
The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids, and it declines any liability to either bidder in the event that all prices are rejected. The contract is awarded by decision of the City Council, in its sole discretion, and the City may not be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
Bidders must obtain tender documents from the OACS website. Fees are set according to the rates established by the OACS.
