Description
The purpose of this contract is to provide a telephone answering service for users and subscribers of the public drinking water service of the Régie des Eaux de Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole, as well as related services. The contract is broken down into 3 phases:1) the project phase (including the training of call centre staff) which starts on the date of notification of the contract until 31.1.2021;2) the operational phase, (telephone answering service including on-call duty where applicable) starting from 1.1.2021 until 31.12.2022, i.e. an initial period of 2 years renewable under the conditions defined in the markets;3) the reversibility phase is included in the operational phase. It may be tacitly renewed, under the conditions defined in the market.
