Description
The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to manage the outsourced activities of the Citizens' Contact Centre (CCC) of the ANTS located in Charleville-Mézières. It includes the provision of level 1 support services for the front and back office teleconsultants and supervisors in charge of handling user contacts (telephone / e-mail / mail / chat). The consultation is divided into two lots, each lot giving rise to the conclusion of a separate public contract. Lot 1 is a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded without a minimum amount but with a maximum amount defined in value. Lot 2 is a framework agreement with subsequent contracts concluded without a minimum amount but with a maximum amount defined in value
This lot is dedicated to the outsourcing of the CCC's support on the driving licence (Snpc), vehicle registration (Siv) and on the mission of the ANEF programme (Digital Administration for Foreigners in France). This lot is dedicated to the outsourcing of the CCC's support on the systems linked to digital identity
