Description
Service concession for the operation of sales outlets at the Reims University Hospital: cafeterias, shops and vending machines. The concession is concluded for a period of seven years from the date of receipt of the notification.
The concessionaire will operate, maintain and manage, under its sole responsibility and at its own risk, the following services:- catering services,- shop area,- vending machines,- nomadic catering such as food-trucks, mobile trolleys and outdoor cafeterias.
