The procurement concerns signal deliveries for the Norwegian Parliament's administrative premises in the centre of Oslo.The premises are mainly centered around the Parliament building, Karl Johans gate 22, 0026 Oslo. The delivery does not include the Norwegian Parliament's commuter flats.The signal delivery is to be delivered separately per copper or fibre. The hand over point between the tenderer and the contracting authority is the Parliament Building, Karl Johans gate 22. Streaming TV is to be distributed over the Norwegian Parliament's internal system for IPTV.A subscription will be procured for a basic package and an extended package, with the channels that are listed in the requirements specification.It is a wish, but not a requirement, that a tenders are submitted as an option for:1) Media player for playing multicast streams;2) System for signals via satellite; and3) Internet access with permanent IP.See the attached competition documents for further information.
