On the site of the existing district administration office on Strandbadstraße in Starnberg, the Starnberg administrative district is planning the extension of the existing district administration office and the redesign of the outdoor facilities. The property is bordered to the south by the shore development of port facilities on Lake Starnberg. To the east is the Strandbadstraße, to the west is the Schiffhüttenweg. The construction site is accessed from Münchner Straße in the north. The entrance to the construction site will be built on the south-eastern edge of the building plot on Strandbadstraße. In the west and east residential development borders on the building plot, in the south there are yacht facilities and a bathing establishment on Lake Starnberg. For further construction work, building automation systems (MSR technology) are required and it is essential that the bidder is familiar with the conditions on site and inspects the area to be worked on in order to get an idea of the shape and size of the object.
