Description
The State of Geneva wishes to develop its competences in terms of data management and governance by entrusting a mandate to an expert "data" resource who will provide it with:-The general approach and a method concerning the following themes of data governance.-The implementation of this approach within the professions of the Department of the Territory, the DOSI DT and the OCSIN.The mandate is estimated at approximately 400 to 500 days of work over about 2 years. The maximum daily rate is evaluated in the category C of designers, i.e. 1'043 CHF / day maximum.
