Description
The objective of the study is to determine the share of media use (i.e. "audiovisual and sound media services" within the meaning of Article 4, 6o of the Special Law of 8.8.1980 on institutional reforms) in the total data traffic purchased by the end user via mobile networks. operators route data traffic via their respective mobile networks to the end user. The objective of this study is to specifically verify what proportion of mobile data traffic can be considered as media use, according to the relevant legal, technical and economic characteristics.
