The procurement will result in establishing a tender for skills upgrading, mentoring and network expansion for existing and potential entrepreneurs in Innlandet county.The training will contribute to increasing the number of new entrepreneurs in Innlandet county and also give the existing and potential entrepreneurs better competence and networks.

The procurement will result in establishing a tender for skills upgrading, guidance and network expansion for existing and potential entrepreneurs in Innlandet county.The training will contribute to increasing the number of new entrepreneurs in Innlandet county and also give the existing and potential entrepreneurs better competence and networks.The entrepreneur model will cover the following areas:• include and entirety of existing and new supplementary offers for:— courses and skills programs (also for entrepreneurs with an immigrant background),— individual guidance,— provide an equal offer and equal access throughout the country,— be suitable and accessible for both bread-and-butter businesses, micro-entrepreneurs and growth businesses;• build on regional partnerships with a robust mentoring environment at the regional level through:— regional planning meetings,— network meetings for the municipalities' first line and innovation apparatus in general.
