Description

1) The subject of the contract is: 1) Development of the Strategy for Customer Relations Management of the National Revenue Administration,2) Development of the Business Model for Customer Relations Management of the National Revenue Administration,3) Preparation of a presentation concerning the assumptions of the developed Strategy and Model and its presentation in front of the auditorium indicated by the Contracting Authority,4) Development of training materials and conducting workshops for coordinators of the Model implementation process,5) Development of training materials and conducting workshops on the maintenance and development of the Model.2A detailed description of the subject matter of the order and the manner of its execution is contained in the Model agreement constituting Annex K to the ToR.3 The order is executed under the project "Customer Relationship Management KAS". (hereinafter: CRM Project) No. POWR.02.18.00-00-0016/18 and co-financed from the funds of the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020 under priority axis 2. "Effective public policies for the labour market, economy and education", measure 2.18 "High quality administrative services".
