Specialist advice
Various framework agreements already exist within KfW for specialist services. The subject of this call for tenders is cross-divisional specialist consultancy for KfW Bankengruppe including its subsidiaries. The invitation to tender thus covers the need for consultancy services for cross-disciplinary and, in particular, cross-sectoral issues. The subsequent provision of individual services will generally comprise advice on the analysis, design and/or introduction of technical, methodological, regulatory or overarching topics (e.g. sustainability, agilisation and digitalisation) in all business areas of KfW Bankengruppe. The subsequent individual service provision takes place in the requesting line unit or, in particular, when other specialist departments are involved in specialist projects.The service provision in this framework agreement does not include: - strategy and management consulting and IT management consulting, as well as- specialist consulting that can be covered by existing, topic-specific framework agreements (including compliance, specialist reporting, rating systems, credit risk methodology and reporting, market price risk methodology, valuation of trading transactions, balance sheet consulting).Since the need for consulting services is subject to fluctuations over the course of the framework agreement, it is essential that the external service providers have appropriate flexibility and the broadest possible experience in consulting services. For this purpose KfW Bankengruppe would like to conclude a framework agreement with five (5) qualified economic operators, on the basis of which the companies will compete in so-called mini-competitions for the individual contracts to be awarded on the basis of corresponding offers. The subject of the contract is the provision of specialist advice across all business areas within KfW Bankengruppe, including its subsidiaries. The estimated contract volume of the framework agreement is 15,000 consultant days over the entire term. The specific composition according to the qualification levels will be determined for the purpose of settlement in the respective individual assignments.
