The Norwegian Environment Agency is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for professional HR assistance. The dynamic purchasing system covers service deliveries to the Norwegian Environment Agency, the Norwegian Polar Institute, the directorate for cultural heritage, the Norwegian Meteorological Institute and the Norwegian Biodiversity Information Centre.
