Description
The scope for this project is that the consultant firm shall enable MS with the capabilities, digital solutions, and the expertise, experience, knowledge and support so the pilot projects and the next metro and light rail projects can be carried out at the desired BIM level. The scope also includes the purpose and goals, all commercial requirements and the change management task (such as implementation, education, roles and responsibilities), the BIM roadmap, standards and BIM processes in order to carry out the next metro and light rail projects in UK BIM Maturity Level 3. In this project, the consultant firm shall provide a time schedule with all expected phases, deliveries and detailed scope description of the pilot project.
