In the stage I consultations of the project Attractive Work in Logistics, potential for change is to be identified, its feasibility determined, and suitable measures planned for this purpose.the broadest possible involvement of employees and decision-makers in the consultation process is to create a broad basis for the design and acceptance of the change processes.the time proportion of the involvement of employees of the companies must be at least 60 % of the consultation.various forms and methods of analysis are to be used. Individual consultations, in particular surveys of decision-makers and employees, should accompany the analysis process. Decision-makers and employees in logistics companies are to be accompanied by advice and coaching in the implementation of measures to modernise work organisation in order to secure skilled labour in the sense of good work.at least 60% of the advice must be given to employees of the companies in terms of time.various forms and methods of analysis are to be used.b) Scope of the service:Advice and coaching are commissioned as man-days. A person day comprises at least 8 hours. The number of actual man-days of an assignment depends on the action plan, the type of company, the size of the company and the ideas of the decision-makers of the companies.
