France - Bus and coach rental with driver

Description

The consultation concerns the rental of buses with driver for the transport of children and accompanying persons for field trips. This consultation is in the form of an open invitation to tender in application of the provisions of article R. 2124-2 of the CCP. It is a framework agreement (articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the CCP) giving rise to purchase orders (articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the CCP). The contract takes effect for a period of one (1) year from the date of its notification. It may be renewed three (3) times by tacit agreement for a period of one (1) year. The total duration of the contract may not exceed four (4) years. The contracting authority may, up to three (3) months before the end of the contract, decide not to renew it.

Departure: Saint-Denis (except for the Mountain and Brûlé sectors) Destination: the following sectors of Saint-Denis: the Mountain and the Brûlé. Departure: Saint-Denis (Mountain and Brûlé sectors) Destination: the whole municipality of Saint-Denis. Departure: Saint-Denis and destination: the western area comprising the following municipalities: Port, Possession, Saint-Paul, Trois Bassins and Saint-Leu. Departure: Saint-Denis Destination: the eastern zone comprising the following municipalities: Sainte-Marie, Sainte-Suzanne, Saint-André, Bras-Panon Saint-Benoît, Sainte-Rose and Plaine des Palmistes. Departure point: Saint-Denis Destination: the southern area comprising the following municipalities: Avirons, Étang-Salé, Saint-Louis, Entre Deux, Saint-Pierre, Tampon, Petite Île, Saint-Joseph and Saint-Philippe. Departure: Saint-Denis and destination: the cirques made up of the following municipalities: Cilaos and Salazie.
