Description
The Ministry set up a Weathertightness Review Panel (WRP) in late 2018 to undertake independent reviews of building survey reports and design documentation associated with the remediation of existing identified buildings. Additional professional persons with architectural or building surveying qualifications and high levels of practical industry experience with diagnosing and addressing weathertightness failure are sought to increase the resource pool of skilled practitioners.
We are looking for professionals who can demonstrate an extensive role with the remediation of weathertightness failure in buildings, and have at least seven years of weathertightness experience and are highly familiar with the NZ Building Code, its implementation and practice.
