Description

The building KreativInstitut. OWL aims to create new qualities in the interdisciplinary fields of VR Film Production, InteractiveMedia, Film and Music Informatics and Digital Humanities. To this end, laboratories for these focal points, rooms for collaborative work, start-ups and dialogue in everyday digital media life are to be created on around 1,044 square metres. The results of the first project phase (essentially work phases analogous to LPH 1 and 2 and parts from LPH 3 according to HOAI) are the basis for all services of the architects, project managers and various specialist planners to be commissioned in further award procedures. The developed basic concept is to be recognized in the further planning. The following prioritisation of the project objectives results from the requirements of the funding line:1) Adherence to the time targets, in particular the end of the overall project development/accounting for the project by 31.12.2022. Due to the time requirements, the SCRUM working methodology must be adhered to for planning (e.g. weekly sprint cycle);2) Compliance with the cost target: After deduction of the ancillary costs KG 700 and the costs for the replacement of parking spaces KG 200-400 (DIN 276 from December 2018) in the amount of EUR 5 877 000.00 net (total cost target) remain chargeable costs KG 200-400 (DIN 276 from December 2018) for the construction of the building.The net sum of the total cost target (chargeable construction costs) for TGA-HLS (cost groups 410, 420, 430 and 480 (pro rata for HLS) according to DIN 276) is EUR 889 950.00 net. These costs are allocated to the asset groups as follows:- eligible construction costs (share asset group 1, KG 410) EUR 90 900.00,- eligible construction costs (share asset group 2, KG 420) EUR 162 200.00,- eligible construction costs (share asset group 3, KG 430) EUR 520 700.00,- eligible construction costs (share asset group 8, KG 480) EUR 116 150.00.3) Compliance with the specified project qualities and quantities: The technical planning for technical equipment, heating, ventilation, sanitary, refrigeration and control engineering, plant groups 1, 2, 3 and 8 is put out to tender here in accordance with § 53 Paragraph 2 HOAI, LPH 3 and 4, LPH 5 to 9, in each case optionally in stages.
