Description of the measure:The pilgrimage city of Werl is planning the construction of a new two-storey sports hall with grandstand for 199 visitors. The planned new building is a solidly constructed, single-story, non-undergirded building. The main load-bearing structure of the sports hall will be solid (reinforced concrete/masonry).
