Framework agreement with order forms, the purpose of which is to carry out regulatory periodic inspections of the works and installations of the buildings and communal areas of Saint-Leu as well as their technical equipment in accordance with the standards and regulations in force for establishments receiving the public (ERP) and within the framework of the Labour Code (ERT).
The purpose of this contract is to provide the services of regulatory annual periodic inspections of the electrical installations relating to worker protection and the services of inspection of the electrical installations and emergency lighting with regard to ERP regulations in the buildings and communal areas of Saint-Leu. The various verifications concern in particular: - the examination of documents (plans and diagrams, etc.), on-site examination, tests and measurements in order to ensure the conformity of the equipment and installations in the buildings and communal areas of Saint-Leu. The services processed at unit prices will be carried out on order form as and when required by the Community. The framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded with an annual maximum value set at 50,000.00 EUR (excl. VAT). The purpose of this framework agreement with order forms is the periodic annual regulatory verification of the gas installations in order to ensure the tightness of the networks, the correct operation of the safety devices and cut-off devices and the good condition of the equipment in the buildings and communal areas of Saint-Leu. The services provided at unit prices will be carried out on a purchase order as and when required by the community. The framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded with an annual maximum value set at 10,000.00 EUR (excl. VAT). The purpose of this framework agreement with purchase orders is to carry out verifications relating to the three-yearly periodic inspection of Category A (type 1) and Category B (type 2b) fire safety systems provided for by the ERP safety regulations in the buildings and communal areas of Saint-Leu. The services will be provided at unit prices and will be carried out on a purchase order basis as and when required by the community. The framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded with an annual maximum value set at EUR 5,000.00 (excl. VAT). The purpose of this framework agreement with order forms is the annual verification of the installations of cooking appliances in the buildings and communal areas of Saint-Leu in order to ensure: the state of upkeep and maintenance of the installations and appliances. the ventilation conditions of the rooms containing cooking or reheating appliances: conditions of exhausting stale air, fumes and grease, operation of the smoke extraction system. Signalling of safety devices. The operation of the emergency stop devices. The services provided at unit prices will be carried out on the basis of an order form, according to the needs of the community. The framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded with an annual maximum value set at 15 000.00 EUR (excluding VAT). The purpose of this framework agreement with purchase orders is the periodic technical inspection of lifts and goods lifts in the buildings and communal areas of Saint-Leu. These inspections shall cover in particular:- no-load tests of the parachute and speed limiter, half-yearly examination of the suspension cables or chains and verification of the conformity of the installation after work (frequency: one year),- five-yearly technical inspections of the equipment in accordance with Article R. 125-2-4 of the Construction and Housing Code, in particular to verify that the lifts are fitted with the devices provided for in Decree No 2000-810 of 24.8.2000 on the placing of lifts on the market and that they are in good condition. Checking that equipment which does not fall within the scope of the abovementioned Decree of 24.8.2000 is fitted with the safety devices provided for in Articles R. 125-1-1 and R. 125-1-2 and that these devices are in good condition, or that the equivalent measures or measures provided for in Article R. 125-1-3 are actually implemented, and identifying any defect which endangers the safety of persons or impairs the proper functioning of the equipment. The services dealt with at unit prices shall be carried out on a purchase order as and when required by the Community. The framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded with an annual maximum value set at 5,000.00 EUR (excluding VAT). The purpose of this contract is to provide verification services to ensure the state of conservation and operation of the safety devices and equipment (lifting equipment and accessories) in the buildings and communal areas of Saint-Leu. The services provided at unit prices will be carried out on the basis of an order form as and when required by the community. The framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded with an annual maximum value set at 10,000.00 EUR (excluding VAT). The purpose of this framework agreement with purchase orders is to provide technical inspection services for the stands and stage areas in the buildings and communal areas of Saint-Leu (verification of the solidity and stability of all the structures...) as well as any element composing these installations which must be verified by regulation. Periodicity: stands: once every two years. Stage areas: once every three years. These services will be provided at unit prices and will be carried out according to the needs of the community, on the basis of an order form. The framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded with an annual maximum value set at 10 000.00 EUR (excluding VAT). The purpose of this framework agreement with order forms is to control the playgrounds of the commune of Saint-Leu, including in particular the examination of: the conditions of immediate access to the playground, the plants and trees present on the playgrounds, the equipment and the safety zones surrounding them, the stability of each piece of equipment, the cushioning floors, the hygiene and cleanliness of the materials used to cover the playground, the records for each site and the monitoring of the work of the company responsible for the maintenance of the playgrounds. Periodicity of one year. These services will be provided at unit prices and will be carried out on a purchase order basis as and when the community's needs dictate. The framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded with an annual maximum value set at 10,000.00 EUR (excluding VAT). The purpose of this framework agreement with purchase orders is the periodic verification of the potability of water in school restaurants in the town of Saint-Leu. The services relate in particular to the sampling and analysis of a water point in the preparation area (kitchen) and the sampling and analysis of a water point in the distribution area (refectory). The services dealt with at unit prices will be carried out on order form as and when required by the community. The framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded with an annual maximum value set at EUR 8,000.00 (excl. VAT). The purpose of this contract is to provide services for the verification and monitoring of legionella in schools and sports sites in the commune of Saint-Leu. These services concern in particular: water sampling and analysis of legionella:- at the bottom of hot water production and storage tanks, where appropriate (in the last tank if the tanks are installed in series or in one of them if the tanks are installed in parallel),- at any point of use accessible to the public and capable of producing hot water aerosols likely to be contaminated by legionella. Periodicity: one year. The services treated at unit prices will be carried out on an order form as and when required by the Community. The framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded with an annual maximum value set at 15 000.00 EUR (excl. VAT).
