Statsbygg [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property] requests tenders for consultancy services for Project 1148703 - NTNU Campus Gathering - Digital Interaction ManagerWe refer to point 2 for description of the assignment and the NTNU Campus Gathering project (NCS) - Role description - Project Manager Digital InteractionThe project will bring together large parts of NTNU's campus in Trondheim to the area on and around Gløshaugen. This involves relocation of the specialist environments currently located at Dragvoll (humanities and social science subjects) and in Midtbyen (art, architecture, music and design). At the same time, parts of NTNU’ existing functions at Gløshaugen will be relocated and/or developed. Altogether, NTNU Campus Gather concerns up to 137,000 m2 in combination of new construction and reconstruction.Refer to the tender documentation for further description of the contest, and Statsbygg.no for information about assignments.
Areas of responsibility for the digital interaction manager will include:- General responsibility for facilitation of digital interaction forms and digital tools- Be a central actor on behalf of the project in strategic problems related to implementation and possible development of process and system support- General responsibility for the projects use of digital tools and associated technologies- All solutions must be based on the Directorate of Public Construction and Property’s principles and standards.- Contact point to the Directorate of Public Construction and Property’s and NTNU’s ICT environments.- In collaboration with the Directorate of Public Construction and Property’s ICT Department and the Project Centre, propose selection and further development of technological solutions and digital tools/digital work methods which will be used, and oversee procurement, implementation and management of such systemsSome degree of mobility is expected for the Project Manager for Digital Interaction and there will be a need for some on-site presence both in Oslo and in Trondheim and possibly visits to various suppliers throughout the project period. The contract will be valid until the end of 2023, with the opportunity to extend for one year at a time or until completion of the NTNU Campus Gathering project.A contract will be signed with one tenderer.
