The present consultation aims at the conclusion of a global performance contract whose object is as follows: -a design and build phase - an operation and maintenance phase. The contract will be carried out in stages as defined in the technical programme
A global performance contract for the renovation and refurbishment of the CARSAT Hauts-De-France head office.The project consists, on an occupied site and in operation, including for the ERP part, and therefore with the maintenance of its destination and its current occupants, of achieving the following objectives- the energy independence of each plot;- taking into account the actual or future regulatory constraints and meeting the obligations to improve energy performance in tertiary buildings;- taking into account the acv to be part of a high environmental quality approach;- reducing the carbon footprint;- the creation of an attractive, modular and modern working environment;- the removal of asbestos;- a conventional consumption of primary energy of the building at least 60% lower than the conventional consumption of reference defined in the global thermal regulation;- a consumption after works of primary energy at 150kwh/m².year
