Description

The contract includes optional stages defined in the specifications. The rehabilitation concerns a building complex built in the 1980s and comprising 4 buildings with a total floor area of approximately 6,100 m² and will take place in an occupied environment. Main works: Ite, external joineries, ventilation, renovation of the common parts and external spaces, renovation of the electrical installations of the residences and punctual repair of the wet rooms. Certification: Nf Habitat Hpe Rénovation with territorialization City of Paris. The works for the creation of dwellings by raising 3 of the 4 existing buildings include the adaptation works of the existing structures, and the creation of 1 or 2 additional levels. Program: Sh of 1172m ², including 18 dwellings. Characteristics: timber frame structure, timber frame facade, cladding, roofing with green finish. Certification: Nf Habitat Hqe, Effinergie + label and Paris climate plan
