Description

The service of comprehensive cleaning in the premises of the Lublin Regional Branch of the ARMA and 20 subordinate district offices.2 The service of year-round land maintenance concerns 3 District Offices of the Lublin Regional Branch of the ARMA which are the property of the ARMA (Hrubieszów, Krasnystaw, Tomaszów Lubelski).3 The subject of the order was divided into four parts.4A detailed list of activities, frequency of their performance, quality requirements for hygiene products or plant protection products and a list of areas, concerning particular Parts - constitute Annex 6, 7, 8, 9 to the ToR respectively.5 Other important requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the subject matter of the order and performance of the contract in particular Parts are included in the model contract constituting Annex 10 to the ToR for Part 1, Annex 11 to the ToR for Part 2, Annex 12 to the ToR for Part 3 and Annex 13 to the ToR for Part 4.
- total area inside the premises: subjected to daily cleaning operations = 11 082,96 m2, subjected to operations performed only once in a quarter = 2 945,55 m2,- the service of comprehensive cleaning in the premises of the Lublin Regional Branch of the ARMA and 17 subordinate poviat offices will include, among others cleaning of flat surfaces together with furniture and equipment occupying these areas, washing floor coverings and washing windows together with frames and windowsills together with laying out hygienic measures in bathrooms, toilets and social rooms (paper towels, liquid soap, toilet paper, fragrances). The contractor will perform the service using his own equipment and cleaning and hygiene products. The Contractor must ensure continuous availability and use of hygienic measures (liquid soap, toilet paper, paper towels). The contractor shall also be obliged to provide the service of comprehensive cleaning with due diligence on each day of the office's operation and during ARMA's working hours, i.e.: from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. - the total area inside the premises: subjected to daily cleaning operations = 406.52 m2, subjected to operations performed only once in a quarter = 78.92 m2, year-round maintenance of the area = 805.10 m2, - the service of comprehensive cleaning in the premises of the ARMA Poviat Office in Hrubieszów being the property of the ARMA shall include m.Among other things, cleaning flat surfaces together with furniture and equipment occupying these areas, washing floor coverings and washing windows with frames and window sills together with laying out hygienic measures in bathrooms, toilets and social rooms (paper towels, liquid soap, toilet paper, fragrances). The contractor will perform the service using his own equipment and cleaning and hygiene products. The Contractor must ensure continuous availability and use of hygienic measures (liquid soap, toilet paper, paper towels). The contractor shall also be obliged to provide a comprehensive cleaning service with due diligence on each day of the office's operation and during ARMA's working hours, i.e.: from 7:30 to 15:30, - the service of year-round maintenance of the area of the ARMA Poviat Office in Hrubieszów, owned by the ARMA, shall include sweeping, snow removal, maintenance of greenery (e.g. mowing of grass), because in accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Act on the Protection of the Environment and the Environment (Journal of Laws No. 1, item 259, as amended). 4 of the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Communes, the owner of the real estate shall ensure, inter alia, that the mud, snow, ice and other contaminants are kept clean by cleaning the pavements along the real estate, whereby a separate part of a public road used for pedestrian traffic located directly at the border of the real estate shall be considered such a pavement. The activities connected with clearing snow, removing ice and sprinkling on the surface should be carried out in such hours that the area is prepared for use at 7:00 am (on ARMA working days). On public holidays, i.e. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the Contractor shall be obliged to clear snow, mud, snow, ice and other contaminants from pavements located along the property by 8:30 am. - total area inside the premises: subjected to daily cleaning operations = 443.90 m2, subjected to operations performed only once in a quarter = 132.10 m2, year-round maintenance of the area = 330.00 m2,- the service of comprehensive cleaning in the premises of the ARiMR Poviat Office in Krasnystaw which is the property of the ARiMR will cover m.Among other things, cleaning of flat surfaces together with furniture and equipment occupying these areas, washing floor coverings and washing windows with frames and window sills together with laying out hygienic measures in bathrooms, toilets and social rooms (paper towels, liquid soap, toilet paper, fragrances). The contractor will perform the service using his own equipment and cleaning and hygiene products.
