Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of current cleaning and maintenance services in offices, archives, passageways and sanitary premises, with the possibility of submitting partial offers according to the following parts
The scope of work includes, among others:1) In terms of traffic routes:a) cleaning with mechanical equipment: scrubbers, scrubbing and gathering machines, high speed polishers, industrial vacuum cleaners, wet carpet cleaning equipment and handheld equipment with the use of appropriate means and having anti-slip properties: acrylic paint removers, acrylic lacquers for PVC, preparations for current cleaning and polishing of PVC, parquets, marbles, ceramic tiles, b) waste disposal with exchange of waste sacks with reference to appropriate storage areas, i.e. to designated containers outside the building (if the Contractor starts to selectively collect municipal waste, he will be obliged to segregate the waste),c) vacuuming or sweeping and washing of staircases, lifts and corridors, including corridors at basement level,d) vacuuming and washing of bumpers, radiators, windowsills and railings,(e) Washing of glazed surfaces including entrance doors and inside buildings,f) Vacuuming of carpets, floor washing and maintenance of floors in conference rooms,g) Maintenance of floors with non-slip coating agents and polishing of floors,h) Cleaning of doormats lined at main entrances to buildings.2) For office premises: (a) vacuuming of carpets and rugs, vacuuming or sweeping and wet cleaning of floors in office premises using agents suitable for the type of flooring (PVC, parquet, panels, ceramic tiles), (b) removal of rubbish from baskets with exchange of bags with reference to suitable storage areas, i.e. to designated containers outside the building and removal of shredder clippings (if the Contractor starts selective collection of municipal waste, he will be obliged to segregate waste),c) washing horizontal surfaces of furniture, mirrors, windowsills, doors, heaters and all glazed surfaces.3) With regard to sanitary facilities: a) washing and disinfection of all sanitary facilities (lavatories, urinals, washbasins, fittings, white fixtures, lavatory equipment, hanging mirrors, seat boards, etc.).b) vacuuming or sweeping, floor washing, emptying and disinfecting baskets, including replacement of garbage bags, c) refilling of consumables: toilet paper, paper towels, liquid hand soap, d) washing of doors, frames, windowsills, radiators, lamps, etc. d) Washing doors, frames, window sills, radiators, lamps, etc., pouring disinfectants into drains,e) Washing walls covered with ceramic tiles,f) Vacuuming ventilation openings, removing cobwebs.2Detailed scope and frequency of work is specified in Annex 5 to the ToR.3. The contractor ensures performance of the subject of the contract using its own cleaning equipment (including: cleaning and defrosting equipment), cleaning agents, hygiene products (toilet paper, liquid soap, paper towels) and bags for waste baskets.4The Contractor is obliged to: 1) use appropriate equipment and cleaning and vacuuming devices, which guarantee that particular elements are kept clean,2) use cleaning agents (for washing, cleaning, disinfecting) suitable for the element being cleaned, as well as successively supplement hygienic and sanitary agents and washing agents in the types corresponding to the intended use,3) involve an appropriate number of persons equipped with m.Among other things, working clothes with a visible trademark of the Contractor,4) comply with relevant regulations in the field of health and safety at work and fire protection,5) carry out without undue delay the instructions of an authorized representative of the Contracting Authority.5The Contracting Authority shall provide for the requirements referred to in art.29 item 3a of the PPL Act and specify them, pursuant to art.36 item 2 point 8a of the PPL Act.
