Description

Information about the place of service provision - Siedle Oncology Centre: Number of beds - 84; Number of SCO staff - 145; Summary of the total area subject to cleaning - 5,906 m2. The Contractor will provide equipment, sanitary and hygienic equipment, as well as supplies of cleaning and disinfecting agents specified in Attachment No. 4 to the ToR - Standards for equipment and materials; the Order will be executed in accordance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements applicable in health care facilities, procedures, instructions and standards applicable to the Contracting Authority. The Contractor shall be obliged to immediately implement all the rules concerning the service provided, resulting from changes in legal regulations or decisions of public administration bodies, in particular rules concerning disinfection of equipment, rooms, handling of contaminated material, persons who shall be used by the Contractor in performing the contract shall have current preventive examinations and vaccinations allowing them to be admitted to work in a healthcare facility. The Contractor is obliged to observe the deadlines for preventive examinations and preventive vaccinations by its employees, as well as to enable the Customer's representative to control the implementation of this obligation.The patient assistance activities shall be provided by employees, employed under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Labour Code, having the rights of a medical carer.The Contractor shall ensure that the order is carried out by persons having appropriate qualifications and admitted to perform the activities. Persons who will be used by the Contractor must be trained before commencing work, in particular in: a) occupational health and safety; b) fire safety regulations.c) disinfection and hygiene of health care facilities on the basis of current procedures; d) maintaining cleanliness of rooms, procedures for handling infectious material; e) rules of conduct in case of leakage of infectious waste and surface contamination; f) hand hygiene; g) current instructions of the Quality Management System; h) waste management and waste segregation rules (types of containers and bags used for waste segregation); i) rules of conducting surface disinfection with disinfecting preparations and related safety when preparing solutions of disinfecting preparations.The Contractor's personnel participating in the provision of services on the premises of the ordering party shall be obliged to have unified protective clothing (it is recommended that such clothing should contain the logo of the Contractor's company) and name badges. In order to ensure proper standards of service, the Contractor will provide and install 22 washing and disinfecting devices and will perform about 42 processes of decontamination of rooms and equipment per month.a) keep secret all information obtained in connection with or in connection with the provision of the service; b) respect the dignity of patients; c) return any objects found in the rooms where the Contractor's employees have access, to the appropriate head of the Awarding Entity's organisational unit; d) observe the principles of personal hygiene and aesthetic appearance.12The Contractor and persons who will be used to perform the order will be obliged to notify the Customer or persons performing security services of objects with things and luggage left unattended without any care.13 The order will be executed using materials and equipment with security certificates, declarations of conformity or certificates of conformity with the Polish Standard transposing the European harmonised standards.14.
