The purpose of the contract based on these specifications will be to provide a comprehensive cleaning service for Muxikebarri.
The company awarded the contract will undertake the integral cleaning work by means of the following services: - Cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, curtain walls (interior), curtains, furniture, computer equipment, seats, waste garbage cans, ashtrays, light points, handrails and railings, bathrooms, archives, dressing rooms, etc., in accordance with the sections of these specifications, including the removal of graffiti or graffiti from any part of the façade and on any surface, as well as any exterior signage that the building may have.- Periodic supply of consumables.- Selective collection of waste generated in the premises to be cleaned.- Destruction of confidential documents generated and their disposal.- Installation of hygienic-sanitary containers and removal of the waste generated.- Recharging and maintenance of bacteriostatic devices in bathrooms, which will be placed without perforation in elevations with adhesive products.
