Description

1. The subject matter of the contract is to provide ongoing cleaning services and maintenance of cleanliness in the offices, archives, passageways and sanitary rooms, with the possibility of submitting partial bids according to the following parts:1) part I - cleaning services of the premises of the Regional Office of the Wielkopolska Voivodeship in Konin, as per detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex 5 to the SWZ, 2) part II - cleaning services of the premises of the Regional Office of the Wielkopolska Voivodeship in Kalisz, as per detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex 6 to the SWZ,3) Part III - cleaning services of the Delegation of the Wielkopolska Voivodeship Office in Leszno as per detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, 4) Part IV - cleaning services of the Delegation of the Wielkopolska Voivodeship Office in Piła as per detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
The scope of work includes, among others.a) cleaning with mechanical equipment: scrubbers, scrubbing and gathering machines, high speed polishers, industrial vacuum cleaners, wet carpet cleaning equipment and hand-held equipment with the use of appropriate resources and anti-slip properties: acrylic coating removers, acrylic varnishes for PVC, preparations for current cleaning and polishing of PVC, parquets, marbles, ceramic tiles,b) removal of rubbish together with replacement of rubbish bags with reference to appropriate storage places, i.e. c) vacuuming or sweeping and washing of staircases, lifts and corridors, including corridors at basement level,d) vacuuming and washing of bumpers, radiators, windowsills and handrails,e) washing glazed surfaces including entrance doors and inside the buildings,(f) vacuuming carpets, mopping floors and maintaining floors in meeting rooms,g) maintenance of floors with anti-slip coating agents and polishing of floors,h) cleaning of doormats laid at the main entrances to buildings.2a) vacuuming of carpets and rugs, vacuuming or sweeping and wet mopping of floors in office premises using agents appropriate for a given type of floor (PVC, parquet, panels, ceramic tiles),b) removal of waste from bins and replacement of bags, with reference to appropriate storage places, i.e. c) washing of horizontal surfaces of furniture, mirrors, window sills, doors, radiators, and all glazed surfaces.3) In terms of sanitary facilities: a) washing and disinfecting all sanitary facilities (toilets, urinals, washbasins, fixtures, white fixtures, sanitary fittings, hanging mirrors, toilet seats, etc.),2),b) vacuuming or sweeping, mopping floors, emptying and disinfecting wastepaper baskets and changing the waste bags,c) replacing consumables: toilet paper, paper towels, liquid hand soap,d) washing doors, door frames, windowsills, radiators, lamps, etc., pouring disinfectants into drain grates,e) washing ceramic tiled walls,f) vacuuming air vents, removing cobwebs.2.The Principles of waste segregation.1) Use of: - blue bags for paper waste,- yellow bags for plastic waste,- green bags for glass waste,- black bags for mixed waste) The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to follow the rules that apply to waste segregation in Leszno, Kalisz, Konin, and Piła communes, and in particular expects waste to be placed in appropriate containers with the proviso that plastic bags, in which paper waste is initially collected and then transported, are not thrown into the container for paper waste; the same applies to plastic or other bags intended for glass waste transport.3) When containers intended for segregated waste are full, the Contractor shall leave them in bags near the containers, following the requirements stipulated in item 1.4. 1.4) The Contractor shall take care of tidiness in the area of the dumpster - place where segregated waste is collected. 5) The Customer reserves the right to control the quality of waste segregation and tidiness in the area of the dumpster.
