Lot 1 consists of one firm and four conditional slices.- firm part: training centre, intermunicipal media library, PED centre and Cosnes & Romain nursery;- conditional part no. 1: cleaning service for the Mexy nursery;- conditional part no. 2: cleaning service for the intermunicipal media library;- conditional part no. 3: cleaning service for the intermunicipal swimming pool, Longwy site;- conditional part no. 4: cleaning service for the intermunicipal swimming pool, Longlaville site.General conditions for the leasing of the conditional tranches:- the leasing of the conditional tranches, which may take place at any time during the term of the contract, remains subject to a unilateral decision by the contracting authority, transmitted to the contractor by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt;- the failure to lease the conditional tranches will not entitle the contractor to any compensation. The firm section: Maison de la Formation, Intercommunal Media Library, Maison du PED and Cosnes & Romain Nursery.
