Open call for tenders for the provision of low environmental impact cleaning services in municipal buildings for the period 2022/2023. Reserved for type b cooperatives and/or consortia thereof pursuant to art. 4 of Law 381/1991 - pursuant to art. 112, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 50/2016. 34 AND 71 OF THE CODE, THE EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT WILL TAKE PLACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF D. MIN. ENVIRONMENT AND PROTECTION OF LAND AND SEA E MARE 29/01/2021 ENCLOSING "MINIMUM ENVIRONMENTAL CRITERIA FOR THE CONTRACTING OF THE CLEANING SERVICE AND THE SUPPLY OF HYGIENE PRODUCTS".Possible annual renewal €. 145,889.27 Option to amend the contract for health emergencies, quantified for the three-year period at € 159,000.00Total pursuant to art. 35, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 as amended and supplemented, including all possible options € 596,667.81
