Description

The subject of the invitation to tender is the award of maintenance and glass cleaning services for a period of 4 years, with four renewal options of one year each, in lots at our sites in:- Lot 1: Maintenance cleaning (incl. laboratory and/or clean room cleaning, oxygen-reduced areas and security areas) at the following sites: German Aerospace Center Oberpfaffenhofen (DLR), Münchener Str. 20 82234 Weßling; German Aerospace Center Augsburg (DLR), Am Technologiezentrum 4, 86159 Augsburg; German Aerospace Center Weilheim (DLR), Reichenbergstrasse 8, 82362 Weilheim - Lot 2: Glass cleaning at the locations German Aerospace Center Oberpfaffenhofen (DLR), Münchener Str. 20 82234 Weßling; German Aerospace Center Augsburg (DLR), Am Technologiezentrum 4, 86159 Augsburg; German Aerospace Center Weilheim (DLR), Reichenbergstraße 8, 82362 Weilheim - Lot 3: Maintenance cleaning (incl. laboratory and clean room cleaning) at the German Aerospace Center Stuttgart (DLR), Pfaffenwaldring 38-40, 70569 Stuttgart.- Lot 4: Glass cleaning at the German Aerospace Center (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt; DLR), Pfaffenwaldring 38-40, 70569 Stuttgart.A particular challenge in the maintenance cleaning of some lots is the cleaning of laboratories, clean rooms, oxygen-reduced areas and security areas (detailed information on this is provided in the tender documents). Bidders (or their subcontractors to be named) in these lots must have specialist knowledge of laboratory or cleanroom cleaning. In the case of sites with security areas, special regulations apply and access may only be granted after a security check has been carried out. A detailed description of the services to be provided can be found in the documents "General Cleaning Requirements", "Calculation Document" and in "Definition of Service Types".
