Switzerland - Building cleaning

Description

Due to the expiry of the current contract, the cleaning of the vonRoll site and Fabrikstrasse 2-8 in Bern is put out to public tender. The contract essentially covers the cleaning of floors, walls, doors, fixed installations and furniture in currently approx. 1300 rooms with an area of around 57000 m2 in various frequencies. The area of the rooms to be effectively cleaned is approximately 50000 m2. Approximately 40 percent of the area concerns offices, workrooms and classrooms, approximately 40 percent various rooms and approximately 20 percent traffic areas. The floor coverings of the rooms are made of different materials, few textile and mainly non-textile. The dimensions of the area and the main building make for long distances, which should not be underestimated.
