Description

The object of the assignment is the rental of services from two real estate consultants.
The assignment concerns: - the sale of real estate, in execution of the established strategy and in accordance with the established procedures, - the provision of support/advice in the management and commercialisation of real estate by carrying out practice-oriented screenings of land and premises from DVW's area of operation, - the mapping of commercial opportunities and the provision of support with regard to business agreements, such as ground rents, concessions, temporary use agreements, rental agreements, etc, taking the necessary actions to be able to conclude real rights in rem for the land and buildings, including the timely delivery of the required documents for this purpose (e.g. requesting place descriptions, valuations, cadastral shelves, soil certificates), - keeping relevant information in a real estate database (DVW).The particular attention of the tenderers is drawn to the fact that the contract mentioned in these specifications is a "intuïtu personae" contract: the persons proposed by the tenderer must actually execute the contract. If this is not possible for reasons of force majeure, the service provider guarantees immediate replacement by an equivalent person. The equivalence of the new real estate consultant must be accepted in advance and in writing by the contracting authority.
